How to run a credit card sale

  1. Enter the Sale Amount and press OK.
  2. Review the amount and tap on Proceed.
  3. Choose Cash Payment or Card Payment. Pricing will be based on payment type.
  4. Tap (contactless only), swipe or insert chip card.
  5. Depending on TPN configuration, you will have the option to send customer copy as SMS, email, paper print or no receipt.
  6. The transaction is processed. The sales receipt will print with details of the transaction.

How to run a debit card sale

  1. Enter the Sale Amount and press OK.
  2. Review the amount and tap on Proceed.
  3. Tap Cash Payment or Card Payment. Pricing will be based on payment type.
  4. Tap Debit icon and then tap (contactless only), insert or swipe the card.
  5. Customer enters PIN on encrypted terminal or on encrypted PIN Pad and presses Enter.
  6. The transaction is processed. The sales receipt will print with details of the transaction.

How to run a credit card return

  1. Tap on the hamburger icon (three lines) on your terminal home screen.
  2. Tap on the Refund icon. Enter password (default password is last 4 digits of your TPN).
  3. Enter the Return Amount and press OK.
  4. Tap (contactless only) or insert chip card.
  5. Depending on TPN configuration, you will have the option to send the customer a copy of the receipt as SMS, email, paper print or no receipt.
  6. The transaction is processed. The return receipt will print with details of the transaction.

How to run a manually entered sale (card only)

  1. Enter the Sale Amount and press OK.
  2. Review the amount and tap on Proceed.
  3. Choose Card Payment by tapping the option on the screen. Pricing will be based on payment type.
  4. Tap Enter Card under other options.
  5. Manually enter Card Number.
  6. Follow the CNP prompts (input expiration date, ZIP code etc.).
  7. Depending on TPN configuration, you will have the option to send the customer a copy of the receipt as SMS, email, paper print or no receipt.
  8. The transaction is processed. The sales receipt will print with details of the transaction.

How to void a credit transaction

  1. Tap on the hamburger icon (three lines) on your terminal home screen.
  2. Tap on the Void icon.
  3. Enter the Transaction Number or last 4 digits of the card. Choose the transaction from the list and tap the green arrow.
  4. Confirm prompt and tap Yes. If prompted, enter the password (default password is last 4 digits of your TPN).
  5. The void will be completed and receipt will appear. Note: The card doesn’t need to be present to complete the void successfully.

How to reprint a receipt

  1. Tap the star icon to access the Favorites menu.
  2. Tap Reprint Receipt.
  3. If prompted, enter the password (default password is last 4 digits of your TPN).
  4. Press the green arrow and enter the transaction number or the last 4 digits of card number. Select the transaction and tap the green arrow.
  5. Follow the prompts and the transaction receipt will print.

How to edit tips by transaction

  1. Tap the star icon to access the Favorites menu.
  2. Tap Adjust Tip.
  3. If prompted, enter the password (default password is last 4 digits of your TPN).
  4. Enter transaction number, scroll through transactions using the arrow buttons, or swipe through the list.
  5. Tap the Transaction Number.
  6. Tap the green arrow button. A prompt will appear asking if you want to submit the tip adjustment. Tap Yes.
  7. A confirmation screen will appear.

How to settle your daily batch

  1. Tap the star icon to access the Favorites menu.
  2. Tap Show/Settle Daily Batch.
  3. If prompted, enter the Password (default password is last 4 digits of your TPN).
  4. The terminal will fetch and display a summary report. Swipe left to view a detailed report.
  5. Tap the Settle button in the top right corner.
  6. A prompt may appear if there are untipped transactions. Select Yes or No to continue with settlement.
  7. The settlement report will print.

How to power off or reboot your terminal

  1. Press and hold the power button on the side of the terminal until a menu appears on the screen with the following options: Power Off or Reboot.
  2. Select the desired option by tapping on the screen.
