Redde + Volusion

Redde integrates with Volusion so you can start accepting payments right from your online store. Here’s how the setup works and what to expect.

Volusion is an ecommerce platform that helps businesses build, manage, and grow their online stores. It gives merchants the tools to list products, manage inventory, process orders, and run their store from one admin dashboard.

How to connect Volusion with Redde

Redde connects to Volusion using Authorize.net as your payment gateway.

What you’ll need

Once your account is approved, we’ll send you your Authorize.net login information. Inside your Authorize.net account, you’ll find your API Login ID and Transaction Key, which you’ll need to connect Volusion. Authorize.net may ask for a PIN to verify your identity when you access your Transaction Key, so have that handy.

Steps to connect

  1. In your Volusion Admin Area, go to Settings > Payment.
  2. Select United States as your Gateway Country and Volusion Merchant Services (AUTHORIZENET) as the Gateway Name.
  3. Enter your API Login ID and Transaction Key.
  4. Make sure Test Mode is turned off in Authorize.net, then save your settings.
  5. Place a $0.01 test order to make sure everything is working.

Good to know: Volusion doesn’t send certain payment form data to Authorize.net, so make sure those fields aren’t set as required in your Authorize.net Payment Form settings. Otherwise, your transactions may be declined. Also, Volusion isn’t compatible with Authorize.net’s Fraud Detection Suite feature.
