Customer Success Representative

Meet with merchants remotely, build trusted relationships, guide them through payment solutions, and grow accounts through ongoing, proactive support.

About position

In this role, you will support existing merchants by answering questions, guiding them through Redde’s payment solutions, and helping resolve issues through phone and chat conversations. These interactions focus on understanding needs, providing clear solutions, and building long term client relationships. Compensation includes upfront bonuses, recurring monthly residuals, flexible scheduling, and performance based incentives.

Position responsiblities

Essential Duties: Support and retain existing merchant accounts by providing timely, helpful assistance throughout the customer lifecycle. Respond to merchant inquiries via phone and chat, helping resolve questions, concerns, or issues in a professional and friendly manner. Build strong, long term relationships by maintaining regular communication and follow ups with merchants. Assist customers with understanding and using Redde’s payment tools, software, hardware, and reporting features. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or features when applicable. Ensure all incoming requests and tickets are addressed promptly and accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve the overall customer experience. Complete basic administrative tasks and documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a client facing service role.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting B2B customers, preferably in payments, fintech, or technology related services. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Proven ability to manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining attention to detail.
