Work directly with merchants to understand their needs, guide solutions, and help businesses grow through better payments.
In this role, you will research and connect with new prospects, setting appointments with business owners to introduce them to Redde’s payment processing and solutions. During these meetings, held via Zoom, by phone or in person, you will guide conversations, educate merchants, and invite them to become clients. Compensation includes upfront bonuses, monthly residual payouts, flexible hours, and performance-based incentives.
Essential Duties: Scout and close new merchant accounts consistently month after month. Provide after-sales service for the duration of a merchant's relationship. Market additional Redde products and services when applicable. Keep up with customer relationships where you contact each customer a minimum of five times per year. Address and respond to all leads in a timely manner. Get to know customer needs and offer the right products and solutions based on those needs. In this position, you can expect to solve customer concerns/issues periodically in a professional manner. Learn about all the hardware, software, and reporting offered by Redde Payments. Other administrative duties as needed or assigned.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years sales experience.
Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales and/or B2B sales. Experience in selling technology products in similar fields.
